Two New Vampirella One-Shots In Dynamite’s April 2018 Solicits

While we don’t know what will be next for Vampirella’s ongoing series after issue 11, we will be getting a couple of one-shots from Dynamite’s Pathfinder series. Pathfinder: Worldscape – Vampirella and Pathfinder: Worldscape – Swords of Sorrow we’re both included in today’s April 2018 solicits.

The Sword of Sorrow book will feature Vampirella, Dejah Thoris, and Red Sonja, while the solo Vampirella series will see the return of some classic characters and Vampirella lore. The solicits mention Vampirella reuniting with Pendragon, and her “home planet of Drakulon.” These are two things I’ve been calling for Dynamite to do for some time, so I can’t wait to check this out. In addition to that, Vampirella’s sister Draculina is featured on the cover, so I assume she is involved somehow as well. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come!

    • That’s a darn good question. I did not notice that, but you’re absolutely right. I don’t really know much about this Pathfinder series, so maybe there’s something I’m missing, but 19.99 for a 32 page book just doesn’t add up. I’ll see if I can get an answer to this.
